Great Americanbuckle Company

ciocolato

Small break for New Year's Eve menu prepared this cake over the weekend. Why, after more than a month of panettone & c. we wanted something else and it was so much that I did not make the cake (not that your body needs it, but sometimes must also nurture the spirit ).

INGREDIENTS: 100 gr. of butter, 3 eggs, a packet of baking powder, 3 cups (not too large) of flour, 2 cups sugar 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons of Nesquik (chocolate is also great, but not ' I) 100 gr. of dark chocolate , 2 pears.

Whip butter with sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Then add the flour mixed with yeast and Nesquik and milk. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Peel the pears and cut into cubes, not too small. United pears and chocolate mixture and pour it into a cake. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Ok, now I'm going to finish the last slice of cake ..
