H Tahrir year won the boys!
Hosni Mubarak stepped in Friday Adda, in the 18th day of the revolution of January 25. They won the boys were born, raised, lived under the era of Mubarak and the people obliged to leave: the chair, power, Cairo. They won the boys because Egyptians led by the hand older brothers, fathers, mothers, grandparents, up to Tahrir Square. With tenacity, intelligence, patience, nonviolence. In the face of those who described them as naive.
Boys, bloggers, the Facebook generation, the unemployed, the poor, the university won, in defiance of a regime and a system. Challenging regional strategies, the West, the fear (real? Alleged? Instilled?) Of political Islam, realpolitik at the table, the use of older categories ... They won with tenacity and courage.
Then, an hour or two, and you think the handover of power armed forces (and therefore not to Omar Suleiman). But now honor the students, a generation that has dragged the people into the streets. Referred to the invisible finally we realized. To me, after almost fifty years, these guys have given a lesson in life. And I can not tell them "thanks" Shukran ya shabab, from the bottom of my heart.
