La legge serve a caratterizzare e qualificare la vita stessa dell’intera comunità.

Perché i rapporti fra le persone possono essere regolati solo in due modi. Non esiste – nonostante provino con tutte le loro forze a farcelo credere – una “terza via” .

I rapporti fra le persone in qualsiasi società possono essere regolati solo o dalla legge o dalla forza.

O si farà secondo le regole o si farà come vuole il più forte.

O l’appalto lo vince l’impresa in grado di fare il lavoro meglio e con meno spesa, o lo vince l’impresa che ha i soldi per pagare le mazzette pretese dal politicante di turno e la spregiudicatezza per pagare una donna a un amministratore pubblico che non riesce ad avere una vita sentimentale e sessuale decente.

O il posto di primario ospedaliero si dà al medico più titolato e più capace o a quello che ha la tessera del partito più potente.

O gli appalti per la ricostruzione de L’Aquila si danno all’impresa più titolata, o li prende l’imprenditore che è capace di ridere sulla morte dei terremotati ed è pronto a pagare questo e quello e magari comprare case all’insaputa (!!??) dei beneficiati.

E così via.

In una società complessa la forza, in alternativa alla legge, ha moltissime facce.

Palio of the Gulf is a rowing event in which the villages bordering the Gulf of La Spezia will compete in a race with a small boat rowing. It 's a very salient event throughout the city, is accompanied by an enormous enthusiasm and participation is total.
There are several compelling moments that characterize the great feast of the villages. The opening parade that takes place through the center of La Spezia and the great supper of the suburbs that is consumed in the main street of the city center, by opening an incredible table almost one kilometer long. Per la prima volta si sono tenute gare di canottaggio rivolte a ragazzi diversamente abili organizzate dallo Special Olympics Italia. Il Pool Associativo “Tutti nelle stessa barca “ di Trieste era presente con Patrizia Brandolin, categoria special, accompagnata da Luciana Sardo, membro del direttivo dell’associazione, in qualità di partner.
Patrizia ha partecipato a due gare.

Le competizioni si sono svolte su imbarcazioni tipo Costal Rowing con equipaggio composto da 2 atleti special, 2 patners ed un timoniere. Nella competizione preliminare su 250 metri ll'equipaggo di cui faceva parte Patrizia ha realizzato un tempo di 2,08 migliorato nella competizione finale quando hanno percorso i 250 metri in 1,48 arrivando secondi.

BRAVA PATRIZIA!!

Un "Grazie" sentito alla citta de "la Spezia" che ha aperto una manifstazione tanto prestigiosa ad atleti diversamente abili e congratulazioni allo "Special Olympics per il meritato successo.

The principle of the rule of law requires that the state is always bound to act and comply with applicable law.

Il potere giudiziario è in balia delle onde: è rimasto l’ultimo orgoglioso tutore e baluardo della legalità, in un quadro di disgustoso disordine istituzionale, ma è costantemente controllato a vista e vilipeso da un esecutivo che minaccia di operare nei suoi riguardi riforme ai limiti della costituzionalità.

E’ altresì dilaniato da contraddizioni interne, da infiltrazioni nocive eterogenee ad esso, per contrastare le quali, aimè (non me ne vorrà il Capo dello Stato) non gode dei necessari anticorpi.
