Cream Biscuits with variation

forum !
Li avevo
già fatti in precedenza con ottimi risultati, questa volta però ho voluto apportare una modifica agli ingredienti: ho sostituito una parte della farina con la
fecola per renderli più friabili.

INGREDIENTI: 400 gr. di farina, 100 gr. di fecola , 250 gr. di zucchero, 125 gr. soft butter, 1 packet of yeast, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 200 gr. cream
Mix flour with baking powder, salt and vanilla. Add sugar, make the fountain in the center and place the soft butter, mix the ingredients with your fingertips, and then add the cream and mix quickly.
I then divided the dough into two parts at a bit added to a 'cocoa (emh.. Nesquik ..)
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Riprendetela and roll it out in a half an inch thick, cut preferred form of cookies, arranged in the middle some of sugar, arrange on a plate lined with baking paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
I then play around with shapes and decorations: the flowers are at the center marshmallow half, the hearts are covered with sugar cane , the stars are in the Cocoa glaze of powdered sugar, biscuits are the natural and then there are the sticks half white and half brown .. all to have the excuse to eat one of each!
